A: Yes — we offer pet-friendly turf options that feature drainage, antimicrobial backing, and easy rinsing to reduce odors.
A: Artificial turf can absorb heat under direct sunlight. However, our turf has added UV stabilizers, cooling infill options, and good drainage to help mitigate heat retention.
6. Performance & Durability
A: With proper installation and minimal maintenance, our turf is expected to last 10–20 years (or more, depending on wear and usage).
A: No — proper installation with drainage layers ensures water passes through. Turf is designed to handle rain and won’t erode or wash away under normal weather conditions.
A: Our turf includes UV stabilizers to reduce fading. The warranty covers significant fading beyond acceptable standards.
A: Yes — minor cuts or damage can often be repaired by patching or seaming replacement strips.
7. Ordering & Delivery
A: You can request a quote online (via contact / form), email us project details (area, photos, use case), or call our sales team directly.
A: Delivery time typically ranges from (e.g.) 1–3 weeks depending on stock, order size, and location. Once installation is scheduled, we’ll coordinate the delivery timeline.

8. Policies & Guarantees
A: You may cancel within X days after placing the order (or before installation begins) with a cancellation fee of Y%. Once installation starts, refunds aren’t possible, but we may prorate or credit remaining work.
A: We stand by our craftsmanship. If there are issues related to installation or product defects, contact us immediately and we will rectify at no extra cost (per the warranty terms).
