Our Mission

Next Level Turf guarantees that for fifteen (15) years from the date of synthetic turf Sales, the turf will perform as expected if installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. If any section of the turf significantly changes, excluding texture changes, or if the pile height decreases by 50% or more within fifteen years, Next Level Turf will replace the affected areas, excluding installation costs.

Minor color variations over the turf’s lifetime are normal and not grounds for a claim. The purchaser is responsible for all labor costs related to the removal and reinstallation of the affected turf. This limited warranty covers wear due to ultraviolet degradation and excludes damages from improper installation, incorrect underlay, pile crushing, intentional or negligent abuse, or damage from machinery. The limited warranty does not cover installations done by non-professionals.

All implied warranties are excluded, and the manufacturer’s liability is limited to the turf’s invoice price.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from accidents, force majeure, or abuse beyond normal use of the product.
2. Vandalism, floods, or other acts of God.
3. Damage from chemical use or improper cleaning methods.
4. Failure to properly maintain, protect, or repair the turf.
5. Damage occurring during shipping or transportation. All shipping claims must be filed with the carrier in question.
6. Damage caused by reflection (melting), flammable materials, or invasive vegetation such as nut grass, nut sage, roots, and similar growths.

All synthetic turf is subject to normal wear and tear, which is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this warranty.

The purchaser must thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery. Despite any statements to the contrary, if any defects, shortages, or non-conformities in the products can be discovered through inspection at the time of delivery, Next Level’s obligations to the purchaser regarding such issues will be considered fulfilled.

All products will be considered free of these defects, shortages, or non-conformities unless the purchaser provides written notice within 30 days of the delivery date.

The purchaser may not transfer, convey, or assign any of its rights under this warranty without the prior written consent of Next Level Turf.

Any transfer or assignment without such consent will be considered null and void and will have no legal effect.
